Just wanted to let you know I read some of the internet complainings that seems to be trashing the name of your company. It's always obvious by the tone and lack of rational thinking behind some internet attacks that the person generating them is difficult or impossible to deal with. It's sad that any business must deal with that as a part of doing business. This is the first time I've read your response to the internet trash talk and want to let you know that your response is professional, logical and positive. I congratulate you on being able to maintain that perspective in the face of such a negative and irrational attack.
